This is essentially called home staging. I work with my sellers to make their asset as marketable as possible. This includes exterior "polishing" and landscaping, as well as minor tweaks here and there in the interior. You'd be surprised what minor changes can do in the kitchen and bathroom to boost the sales price and decrease the time the asset stays on the market.
