I am a licensed Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Realtor. I am a trusted Seller's Agent meaning individuals, couples, families and trusts contract with me to represent them on the sale of what is usually their biggest asset. I am the epitome of a professional and pride myself on getting the very best price that I can for my clients. I will work with you in order to come up with a most fair, yet attractive price designed to sell your property quickly and at an acceptable  value to you. My listings usually do not last on the MLS for more than six (6) months. 

Just as I give my all for my Sellers, I do the same on the other side of the real estate spectrum; my buyers. When I represent those buying properties, I always strive to get you the lowest agreeable price without disrespecting the seller. This leaves seller concessions such as home warranties, appliances or repairs contingent within the sales contract more negotiable. Almost always, my closing experiences are smooth no matter what side of the closing table I am on. I promise to do my best for you, and act in your best interest.   All roads lead home.

You've probably heard the saying "curb appeal" if you've ever purchased a home before, or even if you watched one of the many shows dedicated to home purchases and sales. This is essentially called home staging. I work with my sellers to make their asset as marketable as possible. This includes exterior "polishing" and landscaping, as well as minor tweaks here and there in the interior. You'd be surprised what minor changes can do in the kitchen and bathroom to boost the sales price and decrease the time the asset stays on the market.
